At Breeze, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free refund process.
Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase. Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags attached, and in original packaging. Refunds are available for the full purchase price of the item.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be refunded:
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale events
- Customized or personalized products
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, or use
- Products without original tags or packaging
- Items purchased more than 30 days ago
Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our support team at wearbreezestore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the refund. We will provide you with return shipping instructions. Once we receive and inspect your item, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. In such cases, Breeze will cover return shipping costs.
